Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time position within a school district in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role is an excellent opportunity to support students in achieving communication goals while working in a collaborative and nurturing educational environment.

Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, school-based position
Pay Rate: $40$45 per hour, based on experience
Caseload: K12 student population (specifics provided during the interview)

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
Active Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license
Must meet all state and district requirements for school-based practice
Previous experience working with children or in educational settings preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Collect data and document student progress
Support communication skill development in both individual and group settings
Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families to promote student success
